The new Fortnite Pirate Shop Token lets lucky players claim all Item Shop cosmetics for free. Better yet, the reward includes two separate 14-day periods to grab free items. Here is how to find a Pirate Shop Token in Fortnite and how Pirate Shop access works.
Fortnite Pirate Shop Token Explained
Screenshot: Epic Games
In Fortnite Treasure Hunters, the Pirate Shop Token is a extremely rare reward you can get by opening Chests in Battle Royale that gives you the entire item shop for free. If you are doing a double take at that sentence, you are not reading it wrong. In fact, the new feature is even crazier than it sounds.
Finding a Fortnite Pirate Shop Token gives you the shop free for 14-days upon activation in 2026 and another 14-days in 2027. That means four weeks total where you can log in, check the Item Shop, and claim every item in it for free.
Depending on what appears in the shop during those periods, lucky players could walk away with thousands of dollars worth of cosmetics without spending a single cent.
Where to Find a Fortnite Pirate Shop Token

You can get a Fortnite Pirate Shop Token by opening Chests in Battle Royale during the Treasure Hunters mini season. However, receiving Pirate Shop access comes down to luck, as it has an extremely slim chance of appearing.
Here is how to get it:
Play Battle Royale mode: Jump into a match during Fortnite Treasure Hunters.
Open Chests: Opening a Chest can trigger a free reward for your squad. Most rewards will be Gizmos, but cosmetics and Pirate Shop access are also possible.
Get lucky with Pirate Shop access: If your squad finds a Fortnite Pirate Shop Token, every player in your party also receives the rare item.

So, if you are playing with friends, only one of you needs to open the winning Chest for the whole squad to benefit.
How to Activate the Fortnite Pirate Shop Token
Screenshot: Epic Games, Snowslept
Once you have earned Pirate Shop access, you can activate it through the Item Shop. Here is what to do:
Return to the Fortnite lobby and open the Item Shop.
Select “Plunder the Item Shop” to view your Pirate Shop access.
Choose “Activate Now” when you are ready to begin your 14-day period.
Visit the shop during that period to claim eligible cosmetics for free.
Your two weeks begin when you activate access. That means you can wait for items you want before starting your 2026 period, rather than using it immediately.
Screenshot: Epic Games, Snowslept
However, the reward does not automatically give you everything that will release that year. You still need to check the Item Shop and claim items while they are available during your active period.
What Does Fortnite Pirate Shop Access Include?
Screenshot: Epic Games
Pirate Shop access lets you claim all Item Shop cosmetics for free during one chosen two-week period in 2026 and another in 2027. However, there are a few restrictions:
No gifting: You cannot use Pirate Shop access to send free items to other players.
Sidekick limits: You can only claim one copy of each eligible Sidekick.
No real-money Packs: Packs sold for cash are excluded.
For One Piece fans, this could be a pretty incredible reward. If you activate Pirate Shop access while the collaboration’s cosmetics are available, you can claim all One PieceFortnite skins for free without spending your V-Bucks. Just make sure the skins you want are actually in the shop before starting your two weeks!

How to Find Sprites in Fortnite Treasure Hunters

Fortnite Treasure Hunters has also introduced a new way to find Sprites. Instead of cheat codes, players will now need to track down Wanted Posters around the map.
However, finding a poster is only the first step. You will then have to follow a treasure map and dig up your reward. Here is how to find Fortnite Sprites in the Treasure Hunters mini season:
Find a Wanted Poster: Locate a Wanted Poster on a wall and tear it down.
Follow the Sprite Treasure Map: The poster turns into a Sprite Treasure Map, which leads you to a buried Sprite Chest.
Dig up the Sprite Chest: Head to the marked location and hit the buried chest with your pickaxe to uncover it.
Collect your Sprite: Open the chest to obtain the Sprite inside.
Fortnite Sprite Mastery Rewards Return
Screenshot: Epic Games
Even though Fortnite Treasure Hunters only lasts 35 days, Epic Games has brought back Sprite Mastery rewards. Players can master Sprites to earn Lucky Locators, Golden Fireworks, and other Gizmos, with a new page unlocking every week.
You can find the Sprite Mastery rewards under the Treasure tab in the Lobby. The Sprite Mastery Strongbox Back Bling also upgrades as you progress, giving you another reason to keep tracking down the collectibles.
Finally, mastering 40 Sprites unlocks the Navigator’s Nosedive Umbrella. If you want to collect all the rewards during the mini season, you will want to keep an eye out for Wanted Posters as you explore the island.
The future is uncertain at Electronic Arts after the surprise shuttering of BioWare, but at least one trusted industry insider suggests that Respawn’s third Star Wars Jedi game is still safe from the chopping block.
Jedi Survivor 3 is ‘Far in Development’ According to Schreier
Screenshot: Respawn Entertainment
Respawn released Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order all the way back in 2019 to kick off the Cal Kestis storyline. The game was incredibly well-received and ended up getting a popular sequel in 2023.
Although the sequel, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, ended with a major cliffhanger, the third installment in Cal’s story hasn’t been officially revealed quite yet. That said, Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier suggests that work is still progressing and that the game will be announced very soon.
Schreier recently released an in-depth report on why Electronic Arts shut down BioWare that dug into the strategy and finances behind the controversial decision that sent shockwaves through the gaming industry.
After sharing the EA story, Schreier recently a handful of related questions on social media. In response to one question that asked, “What does this mean for the third Star Wars Jedi from Respawn?”, Schreier explained that:
“That’s still coming, should be officially announced soon.”
Another user asked about Star Wars Jedi 3 being far in development and whether it might be seen as internal competition for Battlefront 3. In response to this question, Schreier explained that:
“Jedi 3 is far in development; Battlefront 3 hasn’t even started yet.”
Although Schreier is a very reliable source whose reporting can be trusted, fans should keep in mind that these are not official announcements and plans can always change behind closed doors.
That said, if Schreier’s information is correct, it seems likely that the 2026 Game Awards could be a logical spot for Star Wars Jedi 3 to be officially revealed.
It should be very interesting to see what announcements arrive before the end of the calendar year and whether or not consumers are willing to overlook EA’s closure of BioWare if they are excited enough about a new project coming out of the publisher.
Be sure to check back soon for lots more Star Wars and other gaming news and updates.
The third installment in the Star Wars Jedi series has not officially been revealed yet and has no estimated release window.

When Batman: Arkham Asylum launched in 2009, Day 1 Studios—the developers behind F.3.A.R.—were already working on their own pitch for a video game featuring the Caped Crusader. In Gotham by Gaslight, players would’ve assumed the role of Batman as he pursued the notorious serial killer Jack the Ripper. Based on the one-shot comic book of the same name (which included an intro from Psycho author Robert Bloch), the game was to be set in 19th-century Gotham City.
Not much is known about the proposed plot beyond that, but in the comic, Jack the Ripper makes his way to Gotham, and Bruce Wayne is framed for his murders. In January 2012, visual artist Julie Farrell revealed that the project was also intended to have a steampunk vibe. The following month, test footage was uploaded online that showed Batman wandering around the foggy, Victorian-era streets of the city and jumping from rooftop to rooftop. Take a look for yourself below.
A Batman Game Set in Victorian Gotham Was Almost Made, and It Looked Incredible
Gotham by Gaslight was reportedly pitched for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in collaboration with THQ, but they apparently couldn’t secure the Batman rights and shut the project down shortly after the demo was made.
“Everyone that saw it loved it. There was a spark that I hadn’t seen when working on other games,” Joe van den Heuvel, who designed Batman’s cape for the prototype, told Siliconerain 2012. “When it was canned it was soul destroying. It was a big disappointment.”
But although Gotham by Gaslight still hasn’t been adapted into a stand-alone video game, Batman’s outfit from the original comic eventually made its way into Batman: Arkham Origins, Injustice: Gods Among Us, and Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. Warner Bros. released an animated film inspired by the story in 2018 as well. You can check out the trailer for the movie right here:

Another Final Fantasy game is now available on Xbox Game Pass, expanding the franchise from the first game to Final Fantasy VI. Players can now also use the monthly subscription service to play Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, one of more than twenty games recently added to the platform.
Xbox Game Pass updates twice monthly, and this Final Fantasy offering is part of the second round of updates in October. Other major titles included this month are Gears of War: E-Day and the day-one release of Valor Mortis, along with indie horror hit Mouthwashing and The Seance of Blake Manor. The new games arrived on October 29, just in time for players to choose a new game to play after trick-or-treating or watching a spooky movie this Halloween weekend.
Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is a visually enhanced update of the initial remake, which was released in 2020, following the original game from 1997. In Intergrade, players can also dive into a brand-new story with an original character called Yuffie. A young ninja determined to steal the ultimate materia – a highly advanced version of the distilled energy drawn from the planet – from the Shinra Electric Power Company, she is joined by a host of other new characters, including Sonon Kusakabe and Weiss the Immaculate.
‘Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade’ Is Now Available on Xbox Game Pass
Her story serves as a different perspective on the events of the main game, running parallel to the adventures of Cloud Strife, the main character first introduced in the original Final Fantasy VII. Players see him working with Avalanche, the resistance cell set up to combat the Shinra Electric Power Company. The mission seems simple enough to start with – just blow up an industrial power plant, that’s all – but quickly becomes complicated when a figure from Cloud’s past returns, challenging everything he knows about himself.
Intergrade offers updated visuals that enhance the player’s journey through the city of Midgar while staying true to the spirit of the original game. There’s also expanded content, including mini games and missions that introduce new characters to interact with, along with new armor, accessories, and the Cacstar weapon. As they play, the audience can also get swept away by the soundtrack, which has also been enhanced in this version.
Since Intergrade just arrived in Game Pass, players have plenty of time to use their subscription to grab the game. It is included on the Ultimate and Premium tiers, along with Game Pass for PC.
Fans of the stellar survival horror game Alien: Isolation have been waiting to hear more information about its sequel, Alien: Isolation 2, since it was announced back in June of this year. A recent Q&A with the game developers revealed plenty of exciting new details, including gameplay, upcoming editions, and more.
According to the 17-minute video featuring the Isolation 2 dev team, the upcoming sequel will use the player’s microphone, meaning the Xenomorph can hear any sounds they make. Stealth was an important feature of the first game, and now it seems that this mechanic will be turned up a notch. And this isn’t the only way the alien’s hunting style will be different this time around, with the Xenomorph promised to be even more reactive and intelligent than before.
For one thing, the new setting will affect how the alien tracks the player. Isolation 2 will take place in an industrial mining town on the planet of Kurosaki. Unlike the first game, which took place predominantly on the space station Sevastopol, players will be able to explore both interior and outdoor environments. Developers hope that getting outside will bring the player some measure of relief, before they realize that the Xenomorph is just as dangerous in an open environment.
In fact, the devs specifically mentioned that the alien will learn to adapt to these exterior locations, changing how it hunts to track the player down outdoors. It will also be able to use the weather to camouflage its sounds and movements, with devs promising terrible storms that will impact the player’s ability to hear and see. Developers also promised that interior spaces will feel “claustrophobic”, adding to the terrifying atmosphere.
‘Alien: Isolation 2’ Just Revealed a Terrifying New Feature That Lets the Xenomorph Hear You
But players won’t be entirely defenseless. The trailer released earlier this year showed a brief clip of the flamethrower, but that’s not all. In keeping with the stealth mechanic, players can pick up various items and throw them. Hopefully, the noise will distract the alien long enough for the player to sneak away or complete an important task.
Audiences tuning into the Q&A also heard about Isolation 2’s new protagonist, Charlotte Blake. She was described in the video as a “strong female character”, fittingly enough for Amanda Ripley’s successor, and will also be a Weyland-Yutani employee. Devs also noted they chose a new protagonist to fit the new environment, wanting to tell an original story through a fresh pair of eyes.
Unfortunately, this Q&A didn’t reveal the release date beyond the 2027 window. But Alien Isolation fans can expect the game to be available on multiple platforms, including PC, PS5, Xbox, and the Nintendo Switch 2.
Hideo Kojima has crafted unforgettable gaming experiences, from the Metal Gear and Death Stranding franchises to the infamous P.T., which was intended as a playable teaser for a new Silent Hill game with Kojima at the helm. His upcoming horror project, OD, just received an intriguing new visual, offering a tiny peek into a project audiences still know very little about.
According to the Kojima Productions account on X, the poster will be part of the Beyond the Strand Exhibition, a showcase celebrating the studio’s tenth anniversary. It features actress Sophia Lillis, who audiences will recognize from her turn as young Beverly Marsh in the It films, gazing up at a mysterious red object. It might be a broom, judging by the cluster of what appears to be crimson straw at bottom – but knowing the minds behind this project, it could be anything.
The rest of the poster is very simple. Apart from Sophia and the potential broom, the background is white, matching the shirt Sophia is wearing. Above her head, nearly invisible against the background, reads the tagline: “For all players and screamers.”
A new visual for OD – KNOCK has been revealed at the exhibition!
The iconic red door from the teaser trailer has also been physically recreated in the event space! Come experience the world of OD – KNOCK up close with this special display!… pic.twitter.com/p6JGmrJ2b6
Hideo Kojima’s New Horror Game ‘OD’ Gets a Creepy New Teaser, and Fans Have Questions
OD was first announced in 2023, and since then, Kojima hasn’t given audiences much to go on, though it seems more in the interest of mystery than a lack of news. Back in September of this year, while appearing at the Tokyo Game Showcase, he revealed that production had resumed following the SAG strike, including performance capture and ADR recording. He also praised Sophia’s performance, along with her costar, Hunter Schafer, who will also appear in the game.
It seems that OD will follow an anthology format, with each playable segment being crafted by a different director, a group that Kojima has referred to as his “horror Avengers”. Filmmaker Jordan Peele is involved with the project, and considering Jordan is behind such horror hits as Us, Get Out, and NOPE, it’s incredibly exciting to hear that he is involved with OD.
Along with Sophia and Hunter, the cast includes the late actor Udo Kier. Apart from starring as Jules in Euphoria and Tigris Snow in The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, Hunter has explored the horror genre before, including a leading role as Gretchen in Cuckoo. Fans of the horror game genre may recognize Udo from his voice acting as Erich in Martha Is Dead, in addition to his film and television roles.
An official release window hasn’t been announced yet, but players can expect to dive into the terrifying world of OD on Xbox and PC when the game does come out.
World of Warcraft announced the brand-new Talebound game mode at BlizzCon 2026 and, although it’s not ready to launch yet, this weekend players can test out the new experience and all three new classes.
World of Warcraft: Talebound Demo Details
World of Warcraft: Midnight is aiming to deliver a brand-new game mode when 12.1.7 arrives. The upcoming Talebound adventures should bring a unique new gameplay experience to the WoW retail silo.
For those who didn’t see the whole reveal at BlizzCon, here is the pitch:
“Prepare to be drawn into the macabre world of Talebound, where you become part of the dark chronicles of a mysterious Storyteller, chillingly brought to life… You’re a lone traveler, journeying down a darkened road where you’ll encounter a mysterious storyteller who pulls you into a world of his own creation. This is the very beginning of your adventure in Quillgrave.”
The Talebound demo weekend starts today and ends Monday morning (November 2, Pacific Time).
The demo weekend will allow players to try out a large portion of the feature ahead of its launch as part of the Echoes of the Worldcore (12.1.7) update coming later this year. Here is a high-level look at what players can experience if they test out the game this weekend:
Introduction: Red Hollow
Three Tales:
Darkhaven – Darkhaven, home to Konrad von Sonnesheim, the Lord Marshal, and to Alexandre Dozsenc, the Blood Bishop, is cut off from the rest of the world.
Greenthistle Wood – According to the tale, two humble villages—Shady Hollow and Riverton—lie in Greenthistle Wood.
Greywake’s Expedition – Greywake’s Hill was once a thriving and prosperous island, but something sinister has happened.
All Three Classes
Slayer – The Slayer’s martial might and monster hunter knowledge give him the rare physical tools to combat the beasts of folklore. Wield a sword to cut down eldritch foes and a gun for when a blade doesn’t suffice.
Inquisitor – The Inquisitor’s zeal lights every corner and burns the face of evil, no matter the illusions it uses to hide.
Witch – The Witch uses lightning, poison, spiders, moonlight, thorns, and ravens to overwhelm enemies with a darker, spell-driven style.
Three Difficulty Levels: Normal, Veteran, and Heroic
It should be very exciting to see how this new game mode is received by players and what the experience of playing the Slayer, Inquisitor, and Witch is like.
Be sure to check back soon for lots more World of Warcraft news and updates.

Comic book and video game fans can once again return to Fabletown to help Bigby solve a series of deadly mysteries in a brand-new remaster of one of Telltale’s most popular titles.
The Wolf Among Us Remastered Is Available Now
It may be hard to believe, but The Wolf Among Us originally released all the way back in 2013. Although the episodic interactive drama genre has become less popular in the decade plus since the original launch, there is still plenty of nostalgia for this title and lots of players excited to revisit the Remastered version.
The Wolf Among Us Remastered is available now on PC, PS5, and Xbox consoles, though Nintendo Switch owners will have to wait a bit longer. The game has been rebuilt for modern platforms and welcomes longtime fans back to Fabletown while inviting newcomers to discover the first season of the series.
Based on DC’s acclaimed FABLES comic book series, the game follows a grisly murder investigation that uncovers a far darker mystery lurking beneath the surface. Another exciting announcement confirms that choices made in The Wolf Among Us Remastered will carry forward into the highly anticipated The Wolf Among Us 2.
Players who sign in to their Telltale Account while playing Remastered can carry those defining choices into the next season of Bigby’s story. Those who prefer to jump straight into The Wolf Among Us 2 can establish their past choices at the start of the game, with no previous playthrough required.
Additional new features in the Remastered edition include:
Players can uncover five fully playable Deleted Scenes, restored from the original episodes that never made the final release, now accessible as special features.
An optional Noir Mode allows players to experience the adventure in cinematic black and white, offering a striking new perspective on Fabletown’s neon-noir world.
Fans can also explore an extensive gallery featuring more than 100 pieces of artwork and enjoy over an hour of exclusive developer interviews, offering a deeper look at the creative process and vision that brought Fabletown to life.
All five original episodes – Faith, Smoke and Mirrors, A Crooked Mile, In Sheep’s Clothing and Cry Wolf – are included, delivering the complete mystery in one definitive experience.
Be sure to check back soon for lots more The Wolf Among Us news and updates.
The Wolf Among Us Remastered is available digitally for PC, PS5, and Xbox consoles. The Nintendo Switch versions will follow at a later date. Physical editions are planned for release on multiple platforms in early 2027.
The Dungeons and Dragons: World of Warcraft gameplay expansion maps every WoW class and specialization to the tabletop game, but there are two D&D classes that are not used at all.
Which D&D Classes Aren’t Used in the World of Warcraft Gameplay Expansion?
Screenshot: Wizards of the Coast
The upcoming Dungeons and Dragons: World of Warcraft gameplay expansion takes on the massive feat of mapping every single WoW class and specialization to a D&D class with either an existing, new, or updates subclass. This gives players the chance to recreate any WoW character at the tabletop.
That said, there are two Dungeons and Dragons classes that weren’t used at all in the mapping process. Dungeons and Dragons Bards and Artificers are not used to recreate any of the WoW classes and specializations.
Although those two classes aren’t used for any of the official D&D classes, players who really want to play a Bard or an Artificer in their upcoming Azeroth-inspired adventures should talk to their DM about their options.
Bards aren’t a playable class in World of Warcraft, but it certainly seems possible that they could still fit into some Azeroth adventures if the DM allows it. Similarly, there are no classes that match at Artificer, but some of the more inventive Goblins and Gnomes could definitely lean into Artificer tropes and seem right at home in Azeroth.
If Wizards of the Coast ever decides to return to Azeroth in a future Universes Beyond expansion, it would be very interesting to see if either of those classes make an appearance or if they stay on the sideline.
Be sure to check back soon for lots more Dungeons and Dragons news and updates as the World of Warcraft gameplay expansion release date approaches.
Dungeons and Dragons is available now at local game shops and digitally through D&D Beyond, Roll20, and other similar services. The Dungeons and Dragons: World of Warcraft gameplay expansion releases on November 17, 2026.
Square Enix has revealed a new Final Fantasy 7 Revelation Moogle karaoke mini-game, and it’s as adorable as you would expect. The developer released new gameplay showing off the rhythm game, which has players joining a Moogle idol group to perform songs.
Final Fantasy 7 Revelation Moogles Trade Their Shop for an Idol Group
Screenshot: Square Enix
Square Enix has shared new Final Fantasy 7 Revelation gameplay on X, revealing a major career change for the Moogles in the 2027 title. In FF7 Revelation, the Moogle Emporium has gone out of business, and its merchant has decided to form an idol group instead.
In the short clip, the Moogle merchant explains to Cloud why the Emporium had to close up shop: “The Moogle Emporium is no more! The threat of both the meteor and the Weapons scared away all our clientele. Without customers I wouldn’t be able to bring joy to anyone. That’s when I knew I needed to switch gears, kupo! So I decided to form a Moogle Idol Group. Moogle studios, is going to bring smiles to our fans worldwide!”
If you’ve played the previous Final Fantasy 7 remake games, this is quite the plot development for our favorite bite-sized merchants. Hilariously, Square Enix also released a second video showing the Moogle mini-game in action. And well, these fluffy performers are taking their new careers seriously!
How the Final Fantasy 7 Revelation Moogle Karaoke Mini-Game Works
Screenshot: Square Enix
The Final Fantasy 7 Revelation Moogle mini-gamelooks similar to the karaoke games in Yakuza. Controller button prompts move across the screen, and players have to press the matching buttons in time with the music.
However, the Moogles aren’t just dancing along to a backing track. The idol group performs an original song complete with lyrics encouraging players to dance, shake their pom, and let loose. Naturally, there are plenty of “kupos” thrown in the lyrics as well.
For your convenience, here is the full gameplay clip so you can watch it yourself:
As the world changes in Final Fantasy VII Revelation, the Moogle House finds itself facing financial trouble.
In a last-ditch effort to bounce back, the Moogles are starting an unexpected idol business…! pic.twitter.com/ScMcuKHLoJ
While Final Fantasy 7 Revelation certainly has a heavy story, Square Enix is continuing to make room for the original game’s lighthearted side. In September, the developer also revealed the new FF7 Revelation hot springs feature, which lets Cloud and his friends take a break in the sauna.
Between spa visits and Moogle karaoke, the party has a few ways to unwind before facing Sephiroth in the final showdown of the remake series.

The Pokémon cards aren’t the only collectibles included this year. Plastic Pokémon Happy Meal toys are returning. This is big news for fans, as its the first time in over eight years since the promotion has included Pokémon toys.
The collection features 15 Pokémon designs made to look like tiny Happy Meal boxes. Each toy includes a pull-out keyring that lets you attach it to a bag or belt loop. Yes, you can now carry a miniature Pokémon Happy Meal around with you. It’s freakin’ adorable – I know!
The toy’s cardboard packaging also contains two randomly selected cards from the 15-card collection. Meanwhile, the full-size Happy Meal boxes feature Pikachu, Umbreon, or Torchic designs.
