The Oasis Documentary Trailer Is Here, and I’m Not Crying, You’re Crying

A trailer for the new Oasis documentary is here, and someone must be cutting onions because these ol’ blue eyes of mine are MISTY.

The film is titled Oasis: Don’t Look Back In Anger, and it follows the story of the band from their early beginnings to now. Revealing Oasis’ trajectory from their rise to superstardom to an embattled place in rock history, the film ends at their 2025 reunion tour. It was an event for the ages that many were skeptical would finish, if they even believed it would get off the ground at all.

This new teaser indicates that fans are getting a fairly comprehensive and vulnerable look at the lives of Noel and Liam Gallagher, their contentious relationship, and overcoming their sibling rivalry to reclaim their alt-rock throne.

A description of the film reads: “Alongside the band’s sold-out world tour, the film also explores the profound emotional impact of this phenomenal global cultural moment and what their music means to audiences and generations worldwide.”

The Oasis documentary has some acclaimed filmmaking names behind it

The new Oasis documentary is produced by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders) and directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace. Southern and Lovelcase are known for helming the renowned LCD Soundsystem documentary: Shut Up And Play The Hits.

Knight previously spoke about the film, saying, “The Oasis world tour united generations, cultures and countries and spoke to a broken world about reconciliation. Oasis: Don’t Look Back In Anger is not only your ticket to the show – it’s a backstage pass and a seat at the table when Liam and Noel sit down together for the first time in 15 years and tell it how it is and how it was.”

NME also noted that Noel Gallagher previously offered some comments on the film. “I’ve only seen a tiny little bit of [the film], and it’s difficult to have an opinion on it because I’m only looking at little snippets,” he said. “Everyone who has seen it, or seen more of it than I have, has said that it’s amazing. If it even captures five per cent of what that tour was, it’ll be astonishing. Looking forward to it.”

Oasis: Don’t Look Back In Anger will premiere in theaters and IMAX on September 11, 2026. It will be available to stream on Disney+ sometime later this year.

Matthew McConaughey Quit Smoking Weed With the Help of This 1993 Smash Hit (Played Over 20 Times)

There are probably not a lot of people who can say that Janet Jackson is the reason they quit smoking weed. Oscar-winning actor Matthew McConaughey, however, is one of them.

The story came up while McConaughey was speaking to Rolling Stone for the outlet’s My Life In 10 Songs feature. On his list, the Rivals of Amziah King actor included Jackson’s 1993 single “That’s The Way Love Goes”.

“What a cool, groovy little tune,” McConaughey said, then revealing how impactful the song really was on him. “It’s also the reason I quit smoking weed.” After a chuckle, he explained that, “right around the time weed started turning hydroponic,” he heard the song and was taken aback by the marijuana’s hallucinogenic capabilities.

“That’s the Way Love Goes” was the first single of Janet Jackson’s fifth album

“A lot of y’all don’t remember, but weed used to be: you could roll a joint, smoke it, pass it around, everyone giggles, gets the munchies, and maybe runs off and tries to get some snuggle time,” McConaughey reflected. “Well then it started getting this hydroponic stuff where one toke, the subplots could become unmanageable, and people would implode.”

“I was headed to my own birthday party,” he went on to share. “We’d taken over the club for my birthday party. I’m gonna drive myself. Before I go, my buddy hands me this joint; he goes, ‘Here, man. Have some of this, super fun.’ I get there, and I take the toke in the car. It was not like the weed I’d smoked before.”

McConaughey continued, “I listened to Janet Jackson’s ‘That’s the Way Love Goes’ 24 times in a row, and when I finally got out of the car to go into my birthday party, no one was in there, ‘cause it was over. They’d all left.”

“I sat in the frickin’ car listening to ‘That’s the Way Love Goes’ 24 times because I thought, at the time, that that was more important than going to my own birthday party,” he concluded. “Love the song, didn’t love the weed. Still like the tune, though.”

Remember When the Sex Pistols (Literally) Bottled the Smell of Punk Rock and Told Fans to ‘Disregard Aromatic Conventions’

The Sex Pistols are one of the most influential punk rock bands of all time. From music to fashion, and even perfume. Yes, that just unlocked a memory, because now you’re remembering Sex Pistols: The Scent.

Back in 2010, the legendary group released a “God Save the Queen” branded gender-neutral perfume. The unusual move was a collaboration with Paris-based perfume brand Etat Libre d’Orange, per Billboard. The company licensed the Sex Pistols name from their merchandising partner, Live Nation Merchandise.

Sex Pistols Perfume: For the Anarchist who really wants to smell like one

At the time, members of the Sex Pistols did not publicly comment on the scent. However, Michael Krassner—who was executive VP of worldwide retail and licensing for LNM—stated that the band was “closely involved” with all licensing decisions.

“They know who they are better than we do,” Krassner said. “That’s difficult in some respects, as opposed to someone who just approves everything. But ultimately, if you want your brand to endure, you have to have a level of consistency and quality over time.”

The Sex Pistols scent featured elements of pepper, leather, and patchouli

According to the Fragrantica database, “The nose behind this fragrance is Mathilde Bijaoui.” The scent featured elements of “Pepper, Amalfi Lemon, Aldehydes, Leather, Patchouli, Plum, Ambrette (Musk Mallow), and Heliotrope.”

The composition was designed to capture “the spirit of punk in the bottle, under the name of the band.” Bijaoui worked to craft a “rebellious peppery-scented” odor that would be as inspirational as the “anarchy and chaos” ideologies that defined the punk rebellion of the 1970s United Kingdom. For that reason, it was defined as a “revolution in a bottle.”

“Fresh lemon bites you early in the composition, sharpened by the defiant black pepper,” the description adds. “The unruly turbulence is caused by prune and intense ambrette seed, while the electricity of aldehydes, further inflated with leather and heliotrope, is subsequently grounded and brought back to earth by patchouli note.”

Fragrantica goes on to note, “Besides the intense flavor, the pack is also designed in the spirit of punk. The graphics are inspired by the cover of their first single, 1977’s “God Save The Queen.” Sex Pistols perfume is available as [a] 50 ml EDP.”

Post Malone Played the Rarest ‘Magic: The Gathering’ Card Ever—and It’s Worth $2 Million

We nerds will remember that back in 2023, Post Malone acquired the rarest Magic: The Gathering card ever. Well, he just played it in a match, and his opponents were flabbergasted. Yes, I said, “flabbergasted.”

Posty turned up on an August 2026 episode of The Command Zone’s Game Knights, playing a game of Magic with some fellow Planeswalkers. At one point, he unsheathed the holy grail card: The one-of-one The One Ring card, which he paid $2 million to own.

“I’m taking it out of the obnoxious big block,” Posty said, to the other players’ gasps. “It would ruin game night.”

The elusive card was part of the 2023 The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth set. However, Wizards of the Coast only printed one serialized 001/001 version of The One Ring. This was to symbolize the uniqueness of the famed item at the center of J.R.R. Tolkien’s famous epic.

Collectors began seeking it out as soon as the set dropped, but it was ultimately unpacakaged by Canadian collector Brook Trafton. The card was then authenticated by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) and graded Mint 9. Malone bought it from Trafton in August 2023, paying a $2 million bounty.

Post Malone’s 001/001 ‘one ring’ card is the only one in existence

“When I found the One Ring, the first person who came to mind was Post Malone,” Trafton commented on a video of the sale. “I have played MTG since I was a kid and obviously it would be amazing to keep this card. But for a guy like me, being able to sell it is life-changing. I just really hoped it would go to someone who would appreciate it as much as I do.”

There are common versions of the One Ring card, and Malone’s plays just like those. Per Polygon: “When it enters the battlefield, it grants protection from everything until the player’s next turn, then can be tapped to draw cards at the cost of accumulating burden counters that eventually drain life.”

You can learn more about the One Ring card by checking out its entry at the Magic: The Gathering online database.

Drake Responds After ‘Goated’ Ella Langly Spotted Vibing Out to His Song With Lil Wayne

Ella Langley was recently spotted vibing out to Drake and Lil Wayne’s song “HYFR” online. Now, Champagne Papi has responded with matched energy.

In a post on social media, the “Choosin’ Texas” singer lip-synced along to “HYFR” played in the background. Then, Drake took to one of her Instagram posts, liking it and commenting, “Goated Pen,” alongside a pen emoji.

We can only assume the light banter here is just friendly, but Drake does have a charm that often implies more. This was certainly true of his online date with content creator and cosplayer Pinkchyu.

The OnlyFans star was the winner of a 20v1 gameshow, as part of Stake’s ninth anniversary celebration. As part of her prize, she got to spend some 1-on-1 time with the rapper.

Pinkchyu was later asked by TMZ if she and Drake did more than just talk. “No, no, no. We just had a lot of conversations,” she admitted. She went on to note that she and Drake are “complete opposites.” However, she said he was “wonderfully kind.”

Drake is buying Pinkchyu’s mother a home

Notably, during the stream, Drake promised to buy Pinkchyu’s mom a house, after finding out that this was the main reason she’d signed up for the competition. It appears that he is making good on that promise, and Pinkchyu’s mom is very happy.

“I think she’s just really grateful,” Pinkchyu told TMZ. “I do [OnlyFans] and a lot of the money I have I do take care of my family, like, help my sisters. I’m half Mexican, so we’re all really, really close, and so obviously she’s like over the moon.”

The goth influencer added that Drake’s generosity made her “really happy.”

Pinkchyu wasn’t the only 20v1 contestant to praise Drake for his charm

In additon to Pinkchyu, adult film star Lily Phillips was also a contestant on the 20v1 game show. It also turns out that she had nothing but nice things to say about Drake. I’ve never met a nicer celebrity. He is so down to earth, so goofy, so silly, so funny,” she shared with The Tab. “He is the same with everyone, whether you’ve got a million followers like me or you’ve got zilch.”

Yungblud Suffered What Should Be a Concert-Cancelling Injury But He’s Still Planning to Perform

Yungblud has suffered a brutal injury that should be a concert-canceler, but he’s still planning to go on with the show.

Taking to Instagram, Yungblud shared a photo showing his leg in a cast. In the post caption, he quipped that his leg is “f**ked” but that he’s “still standin (sort of)” and will still be “giggin.” Next up, he’s got shows in Portugal and Belgium. “I’m comin, and it’s gonna be f**king mad,” he assured fans. “See you next week. Let’s ride.”

While he doesn’t specifically mention what caused the injury, it is speculated that it’s due to a dirt bike injury.

In response, Yungblud has been getting a lot of support from his followers. “Oh, I remember how you played gigs in a wheelchair in the past,” one person recalled in the post comments. “And how you were jumping even with the wheelchair. Get better soon, Domino!”

Someone else added, “Good lord, Dom, what all damage did the bike do to need a full leg wrap? Road rash from hell, I figure, ouch. We’re gonna have to wrap you in bubble wrap, friend! Hope ya heal up quickly!”

Yungblud had to cancel a North American gig earlier this year

Yungblud’s gnarly leg injury comes weeks after her had to cancel his appearance at the Cowboys Music Festival. The singer was suffering from severe mental health exhaustion and needed time to recover.

In a social media statement, Yungblud explained, “To all my family in Canada, I apologize for not being there with you all this weekend.”

“I’m currently in a place where I’m working on myself and taking time off at home in the U.K.,” the rock star added. “I’m taking this extremely seriously and facing head-on what’s going on for the good of the long term. I will never take any of this for granted, and I will see you all soon. I love you all.”

Yungblud’s management also offered a statement. “Reluctantly, we have made the decision as a team to pull Yungblud from The Cowboys Music Festival in Calgary this Sunday,” they penned. “We are sorry for any disappointment this may cause; these are not decisions we take lightly. All other scheduled shows will go on as planned.”

Finally, Cowboys Music Fest organizers issued a statement as well. “Our thoughts are with Dom (Yungblud). We are sending him all our love and support and wish him nothing but the very best during this time. We want him to know and feel the true love he has here in Canada.”

The Best Part of Netflix’s ‘Tires’ Season 3 Might Be Hiding in the End Credits

Netflix just dropped Season 3 of Tires, and the new episodes are already making a big hit. However, hidden at the end, in the credits, is one of the best parts of the show.

Tires has been a hit comedy for Netflix over the last few years. Starring comedians like Shane Gillis and Stavros Halkias, the show follows the ins and outs of a medium-level auto shop chain in the Northeast.

‘Tires’: Come for the Comedy, Stay for the dope soundtrack

When the screen goes dark, though, and the credits begin to roll, the music soundtracking the cast and crew is truly incredible. Some other songs from the end credits of Tires Season 3 include “AT&T” by Liquid Mike, “Freaks” by Surf Curse, and “Certain Kinds of Trash” by Chain & The Gang.

At the end of Season 3, Episode 4, you can hear the song “LOS NARCOS” by Master Peace. The British artist even live-reacted to his song being included. Check that out below, and make sure to watch the show for the rest of the killer credits tunes.

Tires was created by Shane Gillis, Steve Gerben, and John McKeever. The show premiered on Netflix in May 2024, and is now in its third season. In addition to Gillis and Halkias, the show’s cast also features Gerben, Chris O’Connor, Kilah Fox, and Thomas Haden Church.

The show has grown to be one of the most popular comedies of the current streaming era, and for good reason. The writing is sharp; the performances are sublime, and, well, I’ve already heaped a lot of praise on the soundtrack.

In 2025, Gerben and McKeever sat down for a Hollywood Reporter interview to discuss the show. Near the end of their conversation, the pair addressed why the show does such a great job handling hot-topic subject matter.

“I’m going to take that one because John would be too modest to answer this. It’s John,” Gerben asserted. “He knows how to walk that line, and he will also— sometimes it’s very hard in the moment when everybody’s pitching, like, funny ideas or whatever, to be the bad guy and be like, ‘That’s too far.’ And yet he makes those decisions. And it is John.”

He added, “That is a very specific thing where it’s like, he— Shane can walk a line too; we’ve all seen that. But insofar as the writing process, John is just so good at that.”

Brent Hinds Featured on New CKY Song, Marking the Late Mastodon Guitarist’s First Posthumous Recording

It’s been nearly one full year since the death of former Mastodon guitarist Brent Hinds. Now, fellow heavy metal act CKY has released a brand new song featuring Hinds, marking the late musician’s first posthumous release.

On 14 August 2026, CKY dropped “Beware of the Heartless”. The track features a guitar solo by Hinds. Check out the tune below.

Speaking about the song, CKY guitarist Chad I Ginsburg said, “We were reminded that it was a year since our friend Brent passed away. Brent played a solo on a song we recorded called ‘Beware Of The Heartless’, and I thought, ‘Why would I leave this on my computer?'”

He added, per Metal Injection: “Brent took the time to play on it, and we loved him, and in honor of his passing, we were too bummed out in the moment to think about that s**t, but I want to throw it out there because I don’t want to hold on to it forever. I want to let go of it and give it to everyone.”

Notably, this is not the first time that CKY and Hinds collaborated. He also played a solo on “Days Of Self Destruction,” from CKY’s 2017 album The Phoenix.

Brent Hinds passed away in August 2025 after a tragic motorcycle accident

Brent Hinds died in a two-vehicle accident in August 2025. While driving his motorcycle through a four-way stoplight intersection, Hinds collided with an automobile. The crash left the musician with fatal injuries that claimed his life.

Authorities investigated and determined that the other driver was not at fault for the crash.

Notably, a few months before his death, Hinds unceremoniously exited Mastodon. At the time, the split was not amicable, it seemed, as he made some very brutal comments about his ex-bandmates afterward.

Mastodon did not return Hinds’ ire, but have since released a documentary, “The Mastodon in the Room“, that offers their perspective. The short-form doc finds the remaining members of the band recounting their experience, and how things went sour, specifically due to Hinds’ substance abuse issues.

“I could see the disconnect happening and the enthusiasm getting less and less,” said bassist Troy Sanders. “[Our] overall camaraderie as a four-piece [was] dwindling. It became quite obvious at that time that the onstage energy would just be hit or miss.”

Ultimately, the band decided to confront Hinds, but he was resistant and opted to leave the band.

The public was allowed to view the service—which was livestreamed—at St. David’s Square. Notably, Tyler had been living in Portugal before her death.

Bonnie Tyler’s death was very unexpected

Tyler’s death was very unexpected, and followed a short bout of serious health issues. On May 6, 2026, the singer underwent emergency surgery in Faro, Portugal. Doctors were treating her for a perforated intestine.

Ultimately, Tyler was placed in an induced coma and kept in the intensive care unit, per USA Today. Doctors attempted to bring her out of the coma, but she suffered a cardiac arrest. They were able to resuscitate her and get her stable. It was believed that she would make a full recovery.

On June 15, Tyler woke up from the medically induced coma, but was not doing well. Sadly, less than one month later, she died from complications of the illness.

Many of Bonnie Tyler’s celebrity friends have mourned her death

Following Tyler’s death, many of her celebrity friends shared public tributes. According to the BBC, artists such as Shakin’ Stevens and Bryan Adams memorialized the late singer, as did her longtime friend and family member, actress Catherine Zeta-Jones.

My heart is broken with the news that our dearest Bonnie Tyler has passed away,” Zeta-Jones wrote in a social media post. “Bonnie was married to my cousin and has been such a part of my life. We are photographed here together the night before my wedding. She sang and rocked it at my wedding.”

“An extraordinary woman with vocals to match,” Zeta-Jones continued. “A one of kind artist, who so easily could have been a comedian because she was one of the funniest people I ever met. Thank you, Bonnie, for the joy you brought so many.”

She finally added, “Sleep tight, beautiful lady. We shall forever ‘Keep A Welcome In The Hillsides’ of Wales for you. Sending my love to Robert and the family.”

The Weezer Movie Just Got a Major Update

In 2025, it was announced that Weezer is getting their very own movie. Now, we’ve got a major update on the forthcoming rock flick.

Stereogum reports that on Aug. 12, Weezer guitarist Brian Bell attended the premiere of Green Day’s new film, Nimrods, in Los Angeles. During the event, local radio station Alt 98.7 asked him if Weezer had thought of making a movie. “We already have,” Bell replied.

He went on to say, “Although I’m not supposed to talk about it. But yes, it’s in the can. It’s gonna be incredible.” Finally, Bell confirmed, “You’ll see it in 2027.”

At this time, the Weezer movie does not have an officially announced premiere date

The Weezer movie is said to be in a mockumentary style, similar to the 2022 Weird Al movie Weird: The Al Yankovic Story. The film is rumored to be titled Weezer: Security Threat, and is directed by Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman.

Not a whole lot is known about the plot of the film. During a 2026 Rolling Stone interview, frontman Rivers Cuomo described it as a “comedy improv project.”

Keanu Reeves has been cast as the film’s villain, reportedly playing a fictional version of himself. Other cast members include Ben Schwartz, Eric Andre, Johnny Knoxville, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Rainn Wilson.

Additonally, Weird Al is set to make an appearance, as is Spike Jonze. As for musical friends of Weezer: Olivia Rodrigo, Courtney Love, and Juliette Lewis all make appearances.

Keanu Reeves and Weezer are old friends

Interestingly, Keanu Reeves and Weezer go way back. Reeves’ band Dogstar actually played a part in Weezer’s rise to fame. Dogstar was the first band that Weezer played with when they originally formed in the early 90s.

During the heyday of grunge, Dogstar was a pretty well-known group. The band released two albums between the mid 90s and ealry 2000s: Our Little Visionary (1996) and Happy Ending (2000). In 2002 they went inactive, but later reunited in 202o. Three years later, they released Somewhere Between the Power Lines and Palm Trees in 2023.

As for Weezer, we pretty much all know that story. Their self-titled (blue) album in 1994 was a mega hit, and a landmark album for rock music. They too went on hiatus—in 1997—after releasing their sophomore record, Pinkerton. Weezer reunited a few years later and have since gone on to release many more studio albums. Their 20th album, Weezer (Gold Album), is set to release on Aug. 21, 2026.

Zara Larsson Wrapped a Big Festival Set and Then Immediately Did a Meet-And-Greet with Cancer Survivors Because She’s Literally The Sweetest

Zara Larsson, proving she’s the sweetest heart on Earth, wrapped up a big festival set and immediately headed to a meet-and-greet with young cancer survivors.

As first reported by the Budapest Business Journal, Larsson was a performer at the 2026 Sziget festival. The event is held in Budapest from Aug. 11 through the 16. Larsson was part of the line-up on the fest’s kickoff day, Tuesday, playing the main stage. She delivered a rousing set, with the crowd going wild for her performance.

Afterwards, Larsson wasn’t too tired, so she went straight to a planned meet-and-greet with members of the European Youth Cancer Network. Larsson spent time with about 20 young people from 11 European countries, chatting and hearing their stories. One person said that speaking with Larsson was “like talking to a fellow advocate.” Another added that she was “a kind human being.” Check out footage of the event below.

Zara Larsson is coming up on two decades in the music industry. She has numerous tours under her belt, as well as five full-length studio albums.

During a May 2026 interview with Paper magazine, Larsson opened up about her artistry and, at one point, shared her thoughts on creativity. “I genuinely think that everyone has an artist who lives inside of them,” she said. “How do you express that? And how little do you want to conform?”

She added, “Because there’s something punk about Love Island, about going to a place where you’re getting scrutinized, or people think you’re dumb, and you don’t care about that. Yeah, maybe you are. And who cares? I’m like, Oh, wait, that kind of eats down. But no, I do think that you can have a lot of attention without much substance.”

Larsson continued, “I love most things. I love everything. There’s some things I don’t like, but I don’t even dislike them. I just think they’re not for me. And then if it’s really not for me, and I lowkey think that’s f**king trash. It’s just camp. Like, I don’t even hate it. I’m like, That’s so camp, you know? I either love it, it’s not for me, or it’s camp.”

Finally, the Swedish pop singer-songwriter shared, “And that’s just how I view things. I think celebrity of it all, at least it’s entertaining, and that is some sort of an art form, I guess, yeah. But I obviously like to see myself as an artist.”

New Music Friday: 5 Songs You Need to Hear This Week (8/14)

Happy New Music Friday friends! To quote one of my favoite 30 Rock lines, “What a week, huh?”

This week’s lineup of tunes ranges from gothic soundscapes to indie stalwarts and some dirty metal from the south. I’ll keep you waiting no longer.

“Paleomagnetic Resonance” by Lustmord Lombardo

This tune is cosmically sinister, and I’m here for it.

Lustmord Lombardo is a music super-duo composed of Lustmord—modern ambient electronic music pioneer—and heavy metal drummer extraordinaire, Dave Lombardo (Slayer, Suicidal Tendencies).

The pair has teamed up for a haunting project that unites and magnifies their individual strengths. The first track released is “Paleomagnetic Resonance”, and it’s a deep, ethereal musical journey. Lustmord Lombardo will release their debut album, The Pulse of Atoms, on Oct. 2, via Ipecac Recordings.

“Spill” by Slow Pulp

Indie rock maestros Slow Pulp have dropped a new single, titled “Spill”. The tune is a sauntering ballad that feels hazy and bright. (I could also be describing an IPA, apparently).

Part of what really draws me in is how it kind of goes off the rails a bit by the end, with this straining guitar reverb. Truly a thing of chaotic beauty,

Slow Pulp will release their new album, Melodie, on September 18th, via ANTI-.

“Sun Gone Low” by Unless

If you’re an aging 2000s emo/hardcore scene kid, you’re gonna love this one.

Unless is a new project featuring Daniel Davison (Norma Jean, Every Time I Die, and Underoath), guitarist Mike Weiss (mewithoutYou) and Bryan Taylor (The Chariot). The trio have debuted their first song, “Sun Gone Low,” a rythimc, off-timed post-emo tune with a lot of heart. Big recommend on this one.

“Garfield Hated Mondays But Didn’t Have a Job” by Michael Christmas, Chris Crack, and Girl Talk

We love to see artists having fun, don’t we folks?

This song, “Garfield Hated Mondays But Didn’t Have a Job”—by Michael Christmas, Chris Crack, and Girl Talk—is so much f**king fun. It’s just super cool, with a dope soul vibe and killer work from everyone involved.

Play this one loud in the car with the windows down.

“See You Next Tuesday” by Lillith’s Demise

Hailing from ATL, slam crew Lilith’s Demise is back with a new song and they are not f**king around. (Ok, maybe they’re f**king around a little.)

The tune is called “See You Next Tuesday” and it’s all kinds of masterful grind with some phenomonal tech-death guitar work. And then there’s the flesh-peeling vocals, courtesy of frontwoman Ana-Kamilla Arnback. This is a Slam Stew you want to chew on.

Robbie Williams Reveals He’s Been Diagnosed With a ‘Little Bit of Autism’

Robbie Williams has opened up and revealed that he was diagnosed with autism.

Per a report from the Daily Mail, the 52-year-old singer shared the news during a Q&A at the Autumn/Winter launch of Hopeium at Flannels, his clothing brand.

“I have ADHD, and I just found out I have a bit of autism as well. Which I actually f**king love because it explains so much,” he said while speaking to the crowd. “It is my get-out-of-jail-free card now, and all the weird s**t that I do, I just say, ‘Sorry, I’m autistic.”

“With the ADHD, you can completely and utterly concentrate on something 1000%, but with absolutely everything else, you just cannot do it. Ask my kids,” Williams continued. “What I’m completely and utterly obsessed with is creating images and making funny things. If I’m creating images and funny things, I’m not thinking about me, because my brain is incredibly creative, and it can be creative about everything in the world that you panic or [get] scared about.”

The “Angels” singer added, “For example, this is how crazy I am: recently, I was sitting on a plane, and I thought, ‘What if I can have telekinesis and my intrusive thoughts tell the plane to crash itself?’ So that’s the kind of level of insanity that I’m dealing with. It’s best to train my brain to do something better than worrying about having supernatural powers and crashing a plane.”

Robbie williams has also been diagnosed with Tourette’s syndrome and ADHD

As he noted, this is not Williams’ first neurodivergent diagnosis. In 2025, he was diagnosed with ADHD, as well as Tourette’s syndrome.

“I’ve just realized that I have Tourette’s, but they don’t come out,” Williams revealed during an episode of the I’m ADHD! No You’re Not podcast. “They are intrusive thoughts that happen.”

“I was just walking down the road the other day, and I realized that these intrusive thoughts are inside Tourette’s,” he added. “Not only that, you would think that a stadium full of people professing their love to you would work [as a distraction], but whatever it is, inside me, cannot hear it. I cannot take it in.”

Coincidentally, Williams said at the time that he thought he had autism. However, he took an online test, and it indicated that he did not. “It turns out I’m not [autistic],” he said, “but I’ve got autistic traits. And it’s around social stuff; it’s about interaction.”

Eminem’s Ex-Wife, Kim Mathers, Sentenced to Jail With One Caveat That Could Set Her Free

Eminem’s ex-wife, Kim Mathers, has been sentenced to jail. But there is one caveat that could set her free.

On August 13, 2026, the 51-year-old appeared in court to face a Michigan judge over bond violations, according to CBS News. During the proceedings, prosecutors revealed that the ankle-monitor company that’d been tracking Mathers reported multiple instances of bond violations.

Mathers was wearing an ankle monitor after being arrested twice for drunk driving. Both occurrences happened within three months.

The judge—William H. Hackel III—immediately revoked Mathers’ bond and ordered her to be placed under custody. However, he told her that she has the option to be released from prison if she makes one decision. If Mathers chooses to get treatment for her substance abuse issues and enter an inpatient rehab facility, she can leave jail. It is unclear if she’s made her choice.

Eminem has reportedly offered to help pay for his ex to get sobriety treatment

Notably, Eminem has, per reports, been supportive of his ex getting sober, which he’s been for many years now. “Eminem was horrified. He wants this to be her wake-up call that she needs professional help,” a source shared after one of Mathers’ previous run-ins with the law. He’s ready to pay for it all, to have her flown off to any A-list rehab that she wants. She can do it on a tropical island if she wants. He doesn’t care as long as she does it.”

“He truly loves her, [and] it’s devastating to see her fall apart like this,” the source added, per Yahoo! Entertainment. They also shared that it’s been hard for Eminem “to watch his daughter suffer over this, so it’s doubly devastating.” The former couple shares one biological child, Hailie Jade.

“He knows he can’t help if she doesn’t want to get better, but he is pushing hard to make her face this,” the source added. They later said, “He wants a group of them, her family and friends, to get together and give it to her straight. He truly fears the worst will happen if something isn’t done to help her.”

Axl Rose Reveals Health Struggle That Impacts His Performing Abilities

Axl Rose has revealed that he suffers from a health struggle that causes numbness and impacts his ability to sing.

On August 12, 2026, Guns N’ Roses was playing a show at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium. During the three-hour-long set, Rose paused to introduce the band. Amidst the introductions—as reported by Billboard—Rose shared that he’d been suffering from a TMJ disorder and had recently had dental work done to try and help with it.

“So now this side of my mouth is still f**king numb, which makes it interesting,” he said with a laugh. “But this one [points to the left side of his face] had work done two days ago. So it’s interesting. It’s challenging.”

Axl Rose revealed that his doctors recommended ‘not to chew’ while recovering from dental work to treat TMJ

“You’re singing, and you hear sounds, and you’re like … none of the doctors, none of the dentists — there’s really no way to describe what you do, and with TMJ they tell ya, ‘Try not to chew!’ OK, I won’t eat,” he quipped. “Second, you really can’t describe — you stretch your face in so many ways trying to sing like I do!”

Rose then added, “So you hear all these sounds while you’re singing, and you hear sounds that, like, make you go, ‘I really probably shouldn’t be doing what I’m doing, because that sound sounds like my jaw’s gonna fall off or go to the side or get stuck that way. Which, that would be pretty funny!”

Your TMJ is part of your jaw, and it can be painful if the movement is negatively affected

Your TMJ, or temporomandibular (tem-puh-roe-man-DIB-u-lur) joint, connects your jawbone to your skull, and “acts like a sliding hinge,” according to the Mayo Clinic. “There is one joint on each side of the jaw. TMJ disorders—a type of temporomandibular disorder or TMD—can cause pain in the jaw joint and in the muscles that control jaw movement.”

“The exact cause of TMJ disorder is often hard to determine,” the Mayo Clinic adds. “The pain may be due to a mix of factors, including habits such as teeth clenching, gum chewing and nail biting.”

Finally, the Mayo Clinic notes that “most of the time, the pain and discomfort related to TMJ disorders lasts for only a limited time. Self-managed home care, physical therapy for the jaw, and the use of a mouth guard can be effective in treating symptoms of TMJ disorder.” The clinic also notes that surgery is usually a last resort and reserved for extreme cases.

Drake Has Apparently Been Down Bad for Goth Girls Since His ‘Degrassi’ Days—and He’s Got the Receipts

Drake got hit with the goth girl allegations after his date with Pinkchyu. However, the Toronto rapper has receipts to prove he’s been down bad for them since his Degrassi days.

In early August 2026, Drake made a 20v1 stream appearance as part of Stake’s ninth anniversary celebration. During the event, Pinkchyu—a content creator and cosplayer—won the game show. As part of her winnings, Drake promised he’d buy her mom a new house.

At one point, Pinkchyu got Drake to bark for her, which led to a lot of chatter online. Some of the conjecture implied that this was Drake’s goth girl awakening, but that’s not true. In an X/Twitter post you can see below, Drake proved he’s long been aware of the goth baddies.

Drake posts an old photo of him with a goth girl via IG 😭

"This sh*t not new" pic.twitter.com/mqR9OziWts

— Kurrco (@Kurrco) August 13, 2026

“This s**t not new,” Drake wrote on his Instagram story, alongside a screenshot of him on DFegrassi as a teenager, standing next to an actress who was all gothed out.

Interestingly, in a previous interview with Bobbi Althoff, Drake yet again proved his fascination for goth girls. “I don’t know if the world is ready to accept what I feel is my dream – what is my, like partner,” he said. “Because I feel like it’s some, like, tweaked-out goth, tatted all over.”

Look, you can say a lot of things about Drake, but you can’t say he’s lying about simping for goth girls.

Drake really is buying a house for Pinkchyu’s mom

As for that promise to buy Pinkchyu’s mom a house, the content creator told TMZ  he was dead serious. “I think she’s just really grateful,” she told the outlet. “I do [OnlyFans] and a lot of the money I have I do take care of my family, like, help my sisters. I’m half Mexican, so we’re all really, really close, and so obviously she’s like over the moon.”

Pinkchyu was also asked if she and Drake hooked up. “No, no, no. We just had a lot of conversations,” she said. The OF creator added that she and Drake are “complete opposites,” but that was “wonderfully kind.” His generosity made her “really happy,” she added.

Notably, adult film actress Lily Phillips—who also participated in the 20v1—echoed Pinkchyu’s sentiments.I’ve never met a nicer celebrity. He is so down to earth, so goofy, so silly, so funny,” she told The Tab. “He is the same with everyone, whether you’ve got a million followers like me or you’ve got zilch.”

Marilyn Manson Headed to Jury Trial Over Sexual Assault Allegation Case That Was Previously Thrown Out Twice

Marilyn Manson is headed back to court. The shock rocker will face a jury trial in November 2027 over a sexual assault allegation case that was previously thrown out.

The legal battle stems from a lawsuit brought by a former employee of Manson, Ashley Walters. In 2021, she accused Manson of several infractions that allegedly took place in 2010 and 2011.

In response to the new trial date ruling, Manson’s attorney, Howard King, said they were “confident the case will never get to trial after the court hears our upcoming motion for summary judgment,” per Metal Injection.

Manson has denied all the allegations against him

In her lawsuit, Walters accused Manson of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and sexual battery. She also alleged infliction of emotional distress and accused him of violating multiple California civil codes.

The case ended up being dismissed in May 2022. A judge ruled, at the time, that it exceeded the statute of limitations. The judge also found the lawsuit to contain “too few facts.” Over a year later, in December 2023, Walters and her lawyers filed a revised version of the lawsuit. In December 2025, two years later, the case was dismissed again, due to the statute of limitations.

One month later, in January 2026, Walters returned to court and refiled her lawsuit again, due to AB 250. This is a recently passed California law that creates legal space for her lawsuit. The law establishes an updated time frame for adult sexual abuse survivors to temporarily revive a case that could otherwise exceed the statute of limitations in California.

Manson’s petition to have this case dismissed was denied

Fast forward a few months—to June 2026—and a California judge denied Manson’s request to have the case dismissed. During that hearing, a member of Manson’s legal team, Alexa Foley, argued that Walters’s evidence did not “meet the standard of showing she was physically restrained during her alleged sexual assault.” This would mean that AB 250 could not apply to this particular case. The judge didn’t agree.

“This was not unexpected. It’s a clear invitation for a summary judgment motion,” King told Rolling Stone at the time. “The judge telegraphed explicitly that we’re not at the right stage of the case yet.” Walters’ lawyer, Bina Ahmad, had a different take. “We are obviously pleased,” she told the outlet. “We truly take the inspiration to keep fighting from our client. She’s the brave one.”

At this time, Manson’s attorneys do not appear to have commented on the new trial date.

Brian May Criticizes ‘Poor’ AI Rendering of Legendary Queen Album: ‘This Is the Kind of Intelligence That Will Soon Be Ruling the World?’

Sir Brian May of Queen is not a fan of AI artwork, and he’s not mincing words. The legendary rock star/Doctor of Science took to social media to share an AI rendering of Queen’s eighth studio album, The Game, which did not turn out even remotely accurate.

“I just had to share this with you guys,” he wrote in the post. “I asked Meta AI to show me what the cover of The Game album looked like. This is what it gave me! Good job, eh?” His skepticism is fair, as the rendering is kind of creepy and adds a fifth member, for some unexplained reason

May continued, “So this is the kind of intelligence that will soon be ruling the world??! Well, great. Maybe this is the time to realise we don’t actually need AI!!!”

He then paused the sarcasm and took a more sober tone. “But I’m now very serious,” he said. “I believe the price we are about to pay for this ‘inevitable’ development is way too high. We must not allow these hideous Data Centres to be built in the UK. They will destroy our beautiful country, like they are already destroying beautiful America.”

Finally, May closed his message by directly addressing the United Kingdom’s Prime Minister, Andy Burnham. “Dear Andy — you must stop it now. Before it’s too late.”

The comment section of May’s post has been full of fans praising his position. “AI is going to ruin us, and we have revolted as humans for wayyy less in history,” one person replied. “Why leaders are just sitting on their hands is beyond me. I got a zero on an assignment because I refused to use the prompted AI to help me formulate a response. AI MUST BE CONTAINED!”

“Thank you for highlighting this problem that many choose to ignore when generating their own AI posts, let alone taking jobs away from real graphic designers and artists,” someone else added.

While the replies have been overwhelmingly supportive, at leats persondid offer a slightly different perspective. “Do not forget that AI can also do wonders in the medical and tech branch,” they explained. “But being careful with personal use of AI should be the bare minimum we expect from people.

Legendary Hard Rock Band Reunites With Founding Guitarist After Decades-Long Feud

Well, folks, Hell has officially frozen over, and there’s “Smoke on the Water”. Deep Purple founding guitarist Ritchie Blackmore has reunited with his former bandmates after a decades-long feud.

On Wednesday, Aug. 12, the musician hopped on stage with the band during their show at Jones Beach in New York. Together, the guys treated fans to a rousing rendition of “Smoke on the Water”, according to a report from Variety.

At the end, Deep Purple singer Ian Gillan praised his ex-bandmate to the crowd. “A couple of days ago I got a message from a local lad… saying ‘I only live around the corner, do you mind if I come and jam with you?’”

He continued, “It was an absolute pleasure to have back on stage the founding member, the great legend, the immortal Ritchie Blackmore. Thanks, Ritchie. I have to say, it was a great pleasure. I’ll see you in the bar.”

Deep Purple was inducted into the Rock Hall in 2016, but Blackmore was not present for the ceremony

Blackmore co-founded Deep Purple in 1968. He left in 1975, but then returned in 1984. Nearly a decade later, he had a falling out with the rest of the band. It was so bad that he left again and didn’t even reunite with them when the band was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2016.

Interestingly, Blackmore had spilled the beans about his Deep Purple reunion the night before the show. He let it slip during a social media livestream with his wife, singer Candice Night. “It’s gonna be interesting,” he said. “I have not played rock music in 25 years.”

“It is a secret, and I don’t want anybody to know, but I’m probably going to go up and do an encore with the band, Deep Purple,” Blackmore continued. “But you can’t tell anybody, and I know this will be kept a secret. Won’t it?”

Blackmore also shared how the reunion came about. “I sent my AI pigeon to Ian Gillan in Portugal, where he lives at the moment, and I said, ‘How would you feel if I got up just for an encore on one of the songs. Don’t want to intrude.’”

He continued, “I said, ‘No pressure, just kind of old times’ sake.’ You know, I’m 81 now. So (Gillan) seemed to like the idea, put it to the band, got a thumbs up, and it looks like we might be doing that.”

It’s unclear whether Blackmore’s reunion with Deep Purple will lead to more collabs, or if this was just a one-off.

4 Math Rock Albums to Impress Your Nerdiest Friends

Look, it might seem impossible to impress your nerdy math rock friends with music knowledge, but it’s not. In fact, I want to help you with some album recommendations.

Math rock is a genre with a complex reputation. It has roots in bands like King Crimson and Yes, which sounds kind of wild when you hear modern math rock. Then there’s the fact that many math rock bands flat-out reject the classification.

Still, the fans are very dedicated, and if you want to prove you’ve got a little knowledge of the sounds, these are the four albums I recommend you get familiar with.

‘Ruin Everything!’ by We Versus The Shark

Hailing from Athens, Georgia—just outside of Hotlanta—We Versus The Shark is a math rock band I feel is terribly underrated. They formed in the early 2000s and have put out several albums and EPs over the past two decades.

The band plays a version of math rock that’s kind of chaotically grungy, but no less melodic. Start at the beginning, though, with their debut record, Ruin Everything! It’s a deep cut, but it’s still pretty accessible.

‘Autumn of the Seraphs’ by Pinback

Pinback is not exclusively a “math rock” band. They’re indie rock, and they’re a very important and formidable indie rock band. You should definitely listen to their early stuff, regardless of this list.

But, for the sake of the list, I’m recommending you check out their 2007 record Autumn of the Seraphs. It’s, by far, their most math rock project. It’s got that complex timing, lovely melodies, and a fair use of fuzzy guitar tone. Also, refreshingly rhythmic.

‘What Burns Never Returns’ by Don Caballero

Don Caballero were groundbreaking for math rock. The (mostly) instrumental band formed in Pittsburgh in the early 90s and had a major impact on the genre, as well as indie rock overall.

Their first couple of albums are really good, but the concentrated version of their sound really comes from the third record, What Burns Never Returns. It’s quirky and off-time and paced so curiously.

Honestly, it makes a great soundtrack. I was jamming this the other day while driving through town running errands, and it just gave me so much Main Character energy. The cinematic qualities are palpable.

‘The Book About My Idle Plot on a Vague Anxiety’ by toe

There has long been a huge math rock scene in Asia, with the Japanese band Toe (or toe) being one of the more prominent acts.

What really stands out about toe is how they utilize emo elements. There is a lot from the emo musical blueprint that shows up in math rock. Particularly in guitar parts and melodies. Toe has that, but they emphasize it in a way that almost hides the math rock. Pretty soon, you’re listening to some of the best math rock ever written, and you didn’t even know it.

You should roll through toe’s entire discography at some point, but until you get there, start with their 2005 debut, The Book About My Idle Plot on a Vague Anxiety. It’s a masterpiece.
