After years of declining subscriber numbers and falling revenue, Bumble just agreed to a $1.3 billion acquisition.

It's the latest in a string of deals meant to grow Uber Eats into a food delivery behemoth.

The deal brings together two major streaming platforms, Paramount+ and HBO Max, along with networks including CBS, CNN, MTV, TBS, Comedy Central, and Food Network.

The roughly $110 billion deal is expected to close October 6.
