Microsoft Surface Laptop Ultra Review: The First Real AI PC
Thereβs this thing that happens when a nepo baby tries something. People either roll their eyes or tear them to shreds. Donβt act, donβt model, donβt start a clothing lineβand definitely donβt launch a cooking show on Facebook during the pandemic. Brooklyn Peltz Beckham did the last one, and the internet (especially the British tabloids) had a field day. But hereβs whatβs interesting: he never really stopped.
Iβve definitely participated in the βlightly roast a nepo babyβ discourseβit can feel like punching up, and in many cases, it is. But itβs also kind of a lose-lose. People complain when famous kids do nothing with their platforms, and they complain when they try.

There are certain things Iβll always prefer to make at homeβguacamole, pizza dough, pizza sauce... honestly, most sauces. Hummus is firmly on that list. Iβve tried to like the store-bought versions, but they always taste a little offβtoo plastic-y, too acidic, or just weirdly flat. They go bad quickly, lack flavor, and donβt come close to the fresh stuff.
And thatβs a shame, because I love hummus. Iβm constantly craving something Mediterranean-adjacent: tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, feta, and a big dollop of hummus to tie it all together. At restaurants, itβs all I want. But at home, unless Iβm making it myself, I usually skip it.
