A daycare in Fort Worth, Texas, is being sued after a substitute teacher allegedly encouraged 4-year-olds to fight one another, and herself injured one of them. Surveillance video from the Arka Montessori Academy shows the incident clearly, and KDFW News reports that the state "confirmed the child suffered physical injuries and emotional distress" and cited the daycare 16 times since it opened in 2024. — Read the rest
